Performance Appraisal Ratings determine employees salary revisions, promotions, and variable pay payouts. The following steps outline how to automate the entire distribution process through Synergita.


Workflow/Process:


As a first step, configure the workflow/process for the Salary Revision process with only the publishing activity. This setup allows the HR team to directly import the letter details and publish them to employees without requiring any intermediate approval stages.

A sample workflow is illustrated below.



As an HR admin, you can initiate publishing all the employees' salary revisions from the Manage Salary Revision Letters page.


An automatic email will be generated to intimate employees of the availability of the letter. The email notifications can be managed in the Manage Notifications page.


Export Performance Rating and feedback details:

The HR can export the rating distribution to an Excel sheet to understand the users performance and ratings.

Letter Templates:

Create a letter template that includes placeholders for revised salary components (e.g., Basic Pay, HRA, CTC, etc.) using Salary Revision Letters page.


Import Letter details:

You can update employees revised salary details in one of two ways:

Bulk import all employee compensation revisions using the Import from Excel feature.

Manually update individual employees’ salary breakup details on the Salary Revision Letters page.
