Employee Personal Details Report displays most details about all employees. This report is helpful to the HR Team to review, verify and analyse the employee data across the Organization. This report enables the HR team to glance quickly a variety of employee information in one report thereby saving time & effort. If you do not need to see the details of all the employees, you can also run individual employee reports pertaining to each employee.   

HR Manager shall be able access the report. From the Home screen Navigation Bar click behI9fP-h7EE4Vn64ljji7J7rmL0l6y9-w.png  -> Manage reports. This opens Manage Reports page.

Employee Personal Details Report is grouped under Employee Management.

Click on Employee Personal Details Report, it takes you to the following page;

Here you can generate Employee Personal Details Report with the help of following filters available.

  • Employee Number: It helps the user to get the report of employees by using the employee id or employee number of the employees.
  • Name: It helps you to generate Employee Report with just the names of the employees.
  • Last Name: This makes us possible to generate Employee report with just the last name of an employee.
  • Blood Group: It displays the list of employees who fall under the same blood group.
  • Age: It displays the list of employees who falls under a particular age category.
  • Active status: It helps to generate report for all, active or inactive employees regardless of their status. 

  • You can include additional criterion by clicking Add which opens a new dialog box displaying additional logic filters. To add or remove logic filters Click on the Add button, it takes you to the following dialog box;

    Choose the filters you want and click Save before you generate the report. 

    The report generates the list of Employees/Employee with all the necessary details, based on the criteria’s selected.

    For any additional action to customize visualization kindly click on the Hammer & Wrench Icon to select the fields to be displayed in the chart. Employee Report can easily be customized for visualization by clicking on   (settings) icon. It takes you to the following window;


    Here you can decide the fields to be displayed by choosing the required fields from the ‘Available Fields’Select the fields which is required and Click on  and it will be visible in ‘Display Fields’, If you want to remove some fields from ‘Display Fields’ select the filed and click on and when you are Finished Click on save button.


    You can also group the report based on fields provided in the Group by drop down list. 

    Finally you can export the reports generated in an Excel, PDF or Word format by clicking on  Here can you Select from the options available. Select from the options available. When you export the report, Synergita creates a copy of the report and also allows you to store it in the selected format. 

    Kindly review the suggested file name (Synergita uses the name of source report). Before saving the file, if you want you can modify the file name and in the file format drop box, select the file format that you want and click Save.
