The Human Resource (HR) manager can Manage Continuous Feedback Categories from the Home screen  click on iNU5Ry9SBgjHVI2y_Xtq1WwDQjnWoHGwMA.png -> HR Administration

Click on Manage Continuous Feedback Categories from the Administration Page, it takes you to the following page;

The HR manager can add any number of continuous feedback categories or they can deactivate the existing feedback categories. They can even edit the existing continuous feedback categories

If you want to create a new continuous feedback category, and then click on fXRi0Bow_WjfjvA76_5Yx34mg3VXOj0tYw.png button/icon, it creates a new row to include a category.

Here you need to fill the following details;

  • Category Name: Give a name for the Category that you want to add.
  • Visibility: Here you can set the visibility for this particular continuous feedback category. The values are;

  • Who can give: Here you can decide who all can give/have the authority to give continuous feedback under this category. You have the option to choose all or you can give the authority to a single or multiple people by clicking in the tick box.

Click Save to proceed further.


A new Continuous Feedback Category will be added and you can use it

If you want to edit the existing Continuous feedback category. All forms in Synergita are created with in-line edit function. 

To Edit an existing category, click on the Continuous Feedback Category, it opens the feedback category in the editable format.

After making the changes, Click on oeDPv46C3HhEa6QF8EZdluQG5Yx5eMrE1Q.pngsave icon to save the changes.

To discard the changes, click on 5ZgPxaT393pUFQkpg_x7qvAmfGkuidNEzA.png

To deactivate or remove a continuous feedback category, click on 6E7Sp--sDZPtc9MHMZJMlM15ialOVPzAqA.png
