Clicking on Manage Notifications opens a new page.

This page lists all the notifications configured in Synergita. There are four actions possible in this page. 


  • Add new notifications
  • Edit Details of the notification
  • Manage Dispatch
  • Enable/Disable

Add New Notification can be created by clicking on FYJ9rdi2X6loH9DgRmVARrl-uSDbq-gWiA.png This opens a new window,

Edit Details of the Notification. 

To edit details of the notification, click on oV_cfDLGdTUMa4t9AwqWFwxq4o0QN6sXUA.png against a particular notification in the Edit Details column. This opens a new window to make the changes.

Manage Dispatch

To manage automatic dispatch of the notifications, click on 5_thExqfolzA02WSrZ-MlSz4EqE8EYXFSw.png against a particular notification in the Manage Dispatch column. This opens a new window to create the email content for automatic dispatch.

Click on Manage Reminders from Tenant Administration page, It takes you to the following window;


Click on Add button/icon, It takes you to the following screen;


Here you need to fill up the details in the concerned fields to setup reminders and escalation emails, following are the different fields available;

  • Reminder Name: Here you can give a name for the reminder that you want to set.
  • Description: Here you can provide description which is relevant to the reminder you are going to set.
  • Notification Type: Here you can choose the notification type for the reminder, usually it will be email.
  • Module: Here you can set the module for the reminder that you are going to set.
  • Send reminder: Here you can set when the system should start sending reminder that has been set by specifying number of days before due date and can also mention how often (days) it should be repeated.
  • Reminder End Date: Here you can set when the system should stop sending reminder that has been set, by specifying number of days before or after due date.
  • Email Template: Here you can select an Email template to send the reminders via Email.
  • Send Escalation: Here you can set when the system should start sending Escalation mails that by specifying number of days after due date and can also mention how often (days) it should be repeated.
  • Escalation End Date: Here you can set when the system should stop sending Escalation emails, by specifying number of days before or after due date.
  • Email Template: Here you can choose a template to send the escalation email.

Click on Save button to set the reminder. Thus the new reminder will be added to the list.
