It is easy to generate reports using Synergita and export them in to an Excel spreadsheet, a Word document or PDF file.

To export the reports in to Excel, Word or PDF; Go to Manage Report from the home screen. 



It takes you to the following page;



Select the report that you want to export from the Report List of Manage Reports screen.


Click on the Export   icon, a dialog box with drop down menu appears as follows;


Select from the options available. When you export the report, Synergita creates a copy of the report and then stores it in the selected format. For instance, if you select Excel, the report will be exported in to an Excel sheet as follows;



Kindly review the suggested file name for the Excel Spreadsheet (Synergita uses the name of source report). Before saving the file, if you want you can modify the file name and in the file format drop box, select the file format that you want and click Save.
