The Approval Official either concurs with the recommended feedback & rating or under exceptional circumstances after discussion with those familiar with the appraised provides a different feedback and assigns a different rating. If different feedback is to be provided such changes can be reflected in the feedback form. In similar lines the rating can also be reassigned. 

The HR Manager can reopen the feedback and recommendation even after the feedback and recommendation has been approved. Navigate to (Performance -> My Action Items).


Once you approve the feedback and recommendation, Revert Feedback and Revert Recommendation steps will be activated. Those options are shown in the My Action Items page.

If you want to change the feedback which is already approved, then click on Revert Feedback  link, it takes you to the following screen;

Click on ‘Revert’ button, it shows you the following message;

Click ‘OK’ and the Provide appraisal feedback action  will be reactivated. Now the manager can modify the feedback and resubmit. The rest of the activities as per the workflow will be re-executed.

If you want to change the recommendation which is already approved, then click on Revert Recommendation  link, it takes you to the following screen;

Click on ‘Revert’ button, it shows you the following message;

Click ‘OK’ and the Provide Recommendation action  will be reactivated.

Make the necessary changes and submit the form.
