Employees are graded into different buckets at the end of performance assessment from "Needs Improvement" to "Exceptional". These terminology can vary depending on the method being used. The Intent of these ratings is to use for computation of Salary Revisions, Bonus, Promotion etc.,   


Human Resource (HR) manager can easily create the grading or bucking rule; From Home screen (Admin -> Tenant Administration) 






Click on "Business Rules" to configure the rules; It will open a new window, where different rules can be set.

This module would open if Microsoft Silverlight is installed. Alternately this can be opened in Internet Explorer.




Click on the Pencil Icon  against "Employee Feedback Bucket Rules" to configure the grading rules; It will open a new window, where different rules can be set. The window that opens indicates the existing bucket rule.


Clicking on the window will open a new form where editing & settingup the new bucket rule is possible. 




In this window define the bucket rule for the performance scores

This makes it possible to define the grading or bucketing rule as per the existing system in your organization. 


Note: It is possible to set up Synergita in two methods:
  • Automatic grading based on the aggregate score.
  • Flexibility to choose & determine the Final Performance Grade of an employee by the manger.
