Perception Gap Analysis Report is an important report that provides insights to helps one to understand what others think of him/her. This report is tied with the 360 Deg. Feedback and shows the difference in perception between:

Managers

Peers 

Subordinates

Customers (if involved in the feedback mechanism)


Note: Those involved in the feedback process are usually those closely associated with the particular employee. 


HR managers can access the report, from Home screen Navigation Bar click (Reports ->Manage reports) go to Perception Gap Analysis Report

Clicking on the Perception Gap Analysis Report opens the  Filter selection criteria page. 

This enables to define the criteria in which you are interested. i.e., Employee, Feedback Cycle etc.,

Search for the Employee for name, Select the Feedback Cycle & Select the list of items for which the gap is required to be identified. Minimum of atleast two items have to be selected. The report would display once you click on Generate Report.

The above report clearly indicates the different attributes and the corresponding assessment score received by the employee for the attributes. The report also clearly provides the perception by relevance to the relationship of the employee.
