Employee work experience details like previous company name, Job title, Job description etc., can be uploaded into the system.

Downloading the excel template;

Click on Employee Experience Details under Import/Export tab.

Click on Download Template



Following are the available fields in the Excel:


Employee Number
Mandatory
Employee Email ID
Optional
Company Name
Mandatory
Job Title
Optional
Job Description
Optional
Employed From
Optional
Employed To
Optional

Fill in the details and save the file.

Click on Import.


Choose the file and click on Upload button.

Here we can preview the data. Click on Upload button to import the same in to the Application.


System will validate the data and show any validation errors. Please fix the validation errors and then Upload the data.

Once the data is uploaded, the upload status is shown in the confirmation screen.
