Reminders will be sent to the employees when the respective process cycle activity is not completed.


As a HR Admin, you can configure the auto reminders that will be sent to the employees based on the reminder configuration.


Make sure the reminder email content is set. Use the below article that will guide you to update the notification content.

Once the notification content and reminder frequencies are set, navigate to


Admin-> HR Admin-> Manage Process Cycles



Select the cycle name for which you want to configure reminders.


Click step 3 and turn on the "Do you want to enable auto trigger of the reminder notifications", if it is not turned on, kindly enable the toggle button to turn it on.




Configure the "Due Date" for the activities you would like the system to trigger auto-reminders for. The due date is nothing but the date by which you are expecting the employees to complete the activity and post that date, the reminder emails will start triggering to the employees who have not completed.



Click "Save & Confirm".


Please note, due date configuration is a mandatory process to trigger the auto reminders.
