The Human Resource (HR) manager can configure who can issue different awards to employees;
from the Home screen Navigation Bar click on -> HR Administration.
Click on Manage Rewards from the HR Administration Page, it takes you to the following page;
We can configure who is authorized to issue different awards to the employees taking into consideration the employee relationship at the time of adding a new award. Generally, who can give is usually configured at the time of instituting the award. Choose the employee relationship from ‘who can give’ option. Here you can decide who all can give/have the authority to confer a particular award to the employees.
Synergita is enabled with inline editable forms. Click on the Award to be configured. This opens the form in the editable format.
Then click on Who Can Give. This opens a new form to choose from the options. You have the option to choose "All" or you can give the authority to a single or multiple relationships. The caption adjacent to the checkbox describes the relationship. There is options to select a single choice or make multiple choices from the several available options based on the Organizations practice. All selected options are indicated by a tick mark.
To select use the checkbox option.
When done click on to make the necessary changes in the option ‘who can give’
To discard the selection, click on
When done click on Save icon to save the changes made.
