The Human Resource (Hr) manager can set the visibility of a Continuous Feedback Category; from the Home screen navigate to iNU5Ry9SBgjHVI2y_Xtq1WwDQjnWoHGwMA.png -> HR Administration.


Click on Manage Continuous Feedback Categories from the HR Administration Page, it takes you to the following page;


You can set the visibility of a continuous feedback post at the time of adding a new continuous feedback category or even we can edit the visibility of existing continuous feedback category.


You can set the visibility for your new category by choosing from the Visibility option, the available values are; The visibility scope is also shown in the below screenshot.

Public: The post will be visible to all the employees in the Organization. ex. Appreciation, Awards etc.,

Private: The post will be visible only to the person who is giving the feedback and the recipient. ex. Areas of Improvement

Confidential: This will be visible only to the person who is posting ex. meeting minutes

Restrict To: This allows visibility of the post for only those who are directly mapped to the feedback provider. ex. Primary Manager, Skip Level, Department Head etc.,  

Click Save to proceed further.

It is even possible to change the visibility of existing continuous feedback category by editing the existing category.

To Edit an existing category, click on the Continuous Feedback Category, it open the feedback category in editable format. 


After making the changes, Click on oeDPv46C3HhEa6QF8EZdluQG5Yx5eMrE1Q.pngsave icon to save the changes.

To discard the changes, click on 5ZgPxaT393pUFQkpg_x7qvAmfGkuidNEzA.png

To deactivate or remove a continuous feedback category, click on 6E7Sp--sDZPtc9MHMZJMlM15ialOVPzAqA.png
