Human Resource (HR) manager can set up reminders and escalation emails from Home screen click on xuuW9UavKUK52xVvWdihlY8ZBjTMLo-2qQ.png -> Tenant Administration -> Settings -> Manage Notifications.


It takes you to the following page; Click on Manage Notifications from Tenant Administration page, It takes you to the following window;


To manage automatic dispatch of the notifications, click on 5_thExqfolzA02WSrZ-MlSz4EqE8EYXFSw.png against a particular notification in the Manage Dispatch column. This opens a new window to create the email content for automatic dispatch.


Here you can change the subject and content of the mail as you wish and which is relevant to the notification;

You can also change/manage the recipient details, click on Manage Recipient Details, it takes you to the following screen;


Complete the details and click on JWVQFKS-W1KRKJa0NYm35yblIorSSR3Zpg.png to save the changes.

Here you can set who all can receive the notification mail by choosing from the Recipient Relationships field. You can choose one or more relationship/persons. You can also add the recipient by entering the Recipient Address in the field given.

It is also possible to add secondary receipt address for giving CC (Carbon Copy). One or more address can be provided.

Click on save button to save the changes.
