Assessment/Feedback forms provides a starting point for goal setting. They help to clearly define the goals/objectives and helps employees to clearly understand their key responsibilities w.r.t critical tasks and enables them to easily align with the goals and objectives of the organization and fulfill their responsibilities. 

Human Resource (HR) manager can create a new feedback form; From Home screen (Admin -> Tenant Administration). It is possible to create review forms specific to employee, specific to designation or a common feedback form across the organization. 

It takes you to the following page;

Click on Manage Templates from Tenant Administration page, It takes you to the following window;

Click on Add button/icon to create a new template/form, it takes you to the following window;

Fill up in the fields available; following are the various fields available;

  • Template Name: Here you can give a name for the template.
  • Description: Here you can give a short description for the template if it is required.
  • Organization Unit: Here you can choose to which Organization unit this particular template/form will be accessible.
  • Work role: Here you can choose to which designation the particular template/form will be accessible.
  • Level: Here you can decide level of employees who can access to this particular template

PS: You have to decide the set of fields based on which the templates have to be matched for your Organization (e.g. Work Role + Level); you have to use the same combination for all the templates.

Click OK to add a new template/form.

It will be added in your template list and you can search for the template you added.

Click on Manage Templates Attributes  from the action  button of new template.

 It takes you to the following page;

Click on Add goals/ choose from library to add new goals.

If you click on add goals, then you should fill up in the following fields and click save.

You can also set goals by the option choose from library.

After saving it you can publish this template by clicking on Publish button.
