The HR Manager can manage (Add or Edit or Delete) the master list of employee skills from the home screen Navigation Bar goto I_mIg1jQMgi_F8PmdjtuY2GT7N4_gQoXDQ.png -> Tenant Administration -> Manage Skills.

You can either Add skills or Edit the existing set of skills in this page. 

To add a new skill click on zjGE3AmmtPq3KwbwkFcRgZ9mxeQq18wUAw.png this opens a new window. 


to create the master list of employee skills, fill the required details in the various fields provided, Fields like Skill code, Skill Name, and Category. All the fields are mandatory.

Click on save JRKwP7U7BKrumin9p6TqHJlZKmqwlgi6nQ.pngbutton and the new skill is added to the existing list. 

HR Manager can also edit the existing skills by clicking on the respective skill which is required to be modified. This opens the form in the editable format. 


Make the necessary changes then click on the JRKwP7U7BKrumin9p6TqHJlZKmqwlgi6nQ.png to save the changes. 

To discard the changes made click on kIXjHAFwxWs8TF41054Aca4BV6py5VWfaQ.png

To delete a particular skill click on the d2fCoKR0dBmVsU1mtBjrKft3N2cuLhh7_g.png
