The HR Manager can manage (Add or Edit or Delete) the master list of employee skills from the home screen Navigation Bar goto -> Tenant Administration -> Manage Skills.

You can either Add skills or Edit the existing set of skills in this page.
To add a new skill click on this opens a new window.
to create the master list of employee skills, fill the required details in the various fields provided, Fields like Skill code, Skill Name, and Category. All the fields are mandatory.
Click on save button and the new skill is added to the existing list.
HR Manager can also edit the existing skills by clicking on the respective skill which is required to be modified. This opens the form in the editable format.
Make the necessary changes then click on the to save the changes.
To discard the changes made click on .
To delete a particular skill click on the .
