Synergita uses a simple drag and drop configuration made up of set of use cases or menu's (activity) which can be linked together making it easy to define and create the process flow. Each use case menu when linked can be used to trigger the next step in the process or just to open up another form. Multiple workflows can be created and saved to meet different requirements.

Click on  LSKUgHcT-gRCdwSx2sDcopKt2RxqSWYIvQ.pngto create/include a new workflow / process map to the existing workflow list. It takes you to the following page;

Complete the required details:

Name: Kindly provide a unique name to differentiate the workflow from the existing list. This helps to quickly select the workflow required for carrying out a particular activity. 

Description: Provide a brief description to identify the objectives of the workflow.

Type: It is possible to create two types of workflows to meet either (i) Performance Management Needs or (ii) Compensation Management Needs. Choose either one from the drop down list. 

Complete the details and click on c9IyvaLPPixKuVJKTqrWaX6zKqEa84dL2w.pngto submit and continue. The new workflow would get listed in the Workflow List

To discard click on 36MDEKlPk0n75ZIP_9RGXcqMKAqgm_WAug.png

Click on Manage Design iysYBrAJv0kLmdRszrS4_hJSladYYBxLQA.png


It opens a new page, which indicates the Workflow Name, Description indicating the objective/purpose and its version. In addition to this it indicates the date created & updated on. Version would change with the modifications brought to the workflow. The date of modification or the date the workflow was updated is also captured for reference. It also indicated if the workflow has been published for use or not.


Click on View a default workflow would get displayed. Then click on Copy to Edit/Modify the workflow. 


This opens a new window which enables to Edit & Publish the workflow. This also updates the version of the workflow. 


Click on Edit to open the Manage Workflow Design page; Kindly refer Workflow/Process Flow Chart - Tools & Activities available in Knowledge Base - HR Administration - Advanced to know about how to utilize the Tools & pre-defined Activities 

You will be able to Edit the workflow here and enter SAVE on completing the modifications to the existing workflow. The workflow is saved for future use. Then click lqwmDLVDKuosZ1t8-iQFv4DjWJBMOUDcIQ.png it, which takes you back to previous page. 

Now enter Publish to Publish the workflow. The workflow is published can be utilized for immediate or future use. 


On successful publish of the workflow Published Successfully! message would be indicated and against the latest version the Status Column would indicate the Active version for information to track the workflow version in use. You will be able to view and copy the workflow if required. 

Kindly Note: There is provision to save only one copy of the Workflow draft. Attempts to save multiple copies of workflow will generate this error message.
