When a 360 Degree Survey is setup, you will receive a link to access with the login credentials. The link would take you to the login page.
The setting up and configuration of 360 Degree survey includes the following:
Designing the feedback form
Select Reviewers: This is a simple step to nominate reviewers or in other words map employees to each other for them to provide and receive feedback from each other.
Routing of feedback form.
The next step involves routing of feedback form to provide the feedback.
As seen in the illustration above, it is possible to setup the feedback form for both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
It is also possible to configure Synergita to provide only quantitative feedback only.
On completion of the feedback by all the stakeholders. Reports can be generated. Few of the basic reports may include:
Feedback cycle status
Grid or Table view of Feedback Status Report
Perception Analysis; This report indicates the variance in perception.
Individual feedback & observations provided by the review group.
Detailed Individual Report
