HR Admin can create goal plans that support the common objectives of the organization & populate them in the Organizations goals library. This enables:  

  • The HR Admin to manage goals in the library: Add, Edit or Delete and publish goals to the entire organization. This enables the managers and their team members to access the goals. HR Admin can also mass assign goals to specific designation or department. 
  • Manager can assign goals to their direct reports from the goals library: Manager will be able to assign a goal to his direct report directly from the goals library or edit the goal when assigning it for their team member so as to personalize the goals plan specific to each team member for whom they are assigning the goal. In addition to this Managers will also be able to or add their own goals during the goals planning phase to their team member.   
  • Employees can add goals directly from the library for their own use. 

Human Resource (HR) manager can create a new goal plans from scratch, these goals usually support the common objectives of the organization; 

Human Resource (HR) Administrator can add goals from Home screen GoTo IKJoAUO--JNOgkQSPeg3AKbJBRvJ7cN6lw.png -> HR Administration 

On HR Administration page, Click on Manage Goals in Performance Module setup:

Complete the required details:

KPIProvide a name to the goal.

Description: Define the goal to ensure a shared understanding of the outcome. 

Measure: Clearly define the expectation 

Feedback Provider Group: Choose from the drop down menu 

Goal Target Type: Choose from the drop down menu. Synergita supports Date, Boolean & Number targets. 

Target Conditions: Choose from the drop down menu which are Equals, Greater Than or Equals, Lesser Than or Equals. 

Frequency: This hints the frequency of review - Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly. 

Grade Scale: Select the grade scale. Synergita supports 2 point to 10 point scale. 

When the manager sets the goals to his direct report it is also possible to:

Set Target - Quantity to be achieved

Start Date - Clearly indicate a start date for pursuing the goal.

Due Date - Clearly establish/indicate a due date by which the goal is to be achieved.

The Master Goals Grid List can include the following items to support SMART Goals

These goals created gets populated in the competency library of your organization. These can be easily used during the goals/objective setting and establishing the review plan for the employee. 

Advantage of a Goals Library:

  • HR Admin can create goals plan specific to each department
  • Publishing these goals in the library enables to share & know about the organization goals
  • Managers & their Direct Reports can add goals directly from the library and then adapt them to suit their particular needs - change goals name, target start & completion dates and target outcomes,
