MANAGE Feedback Forms: This step enables to either establish an Organization-wide generic performance review form or custom define the rules for performance evaluation of goals, assessment of job skills & behavior and training needs analysis or set up feedback forms specific to:
Organization Unit – This approach enables to use one performance appraisal method in one business unit and a different method in another business unit ex. Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales etc.,
Level in Hierarchy – This approach enables to use one performance appraisal method for personnel in similar responsibilities ex. Top Management, Middle Management, etc.,
Work Role – This approach enables to use one performance appraisal method for personnel who perform similar functions, job duties, tasks and responsibilities ex., Engineer, Architect, Admin clerk, Accounts clerk etc.,
Designation - This approach enables to use one performance appraisal method for personnel in similar designation but their roles, duties, tasks and responsibilities may be similar or otherwise ex., HR Manager, Project Manager, Finance Manager etc.,
Defining the appraisal method at these levels enables to implement performance management for either the whole organization or for different groups within the organization in steps.
The Human Resource (HR) manager can plan & manage the review template. From Home screen GoTo -> HR Administration.
Click on Manage Feedback Form/Template. It takes you to the following page:
To View a template, click on the view icon in the column ReviewPlanType. against the Template you wish to view. This would open the Manage Review Templates page.

To create a new Review Template, click on This would create a new row,
Complete the details:
Template Name : Provide a name to the template
Description : Provide a brief description which is self-explanatory
Organization Unit : Mention the business unit name where the performance appraisal method is to be maintained same for all the personnel of that unit.
Level : Mention the hierarchy level where the performance appraisal method is to be maintained same for all the personnel.
Work Role : Mention the role where the performance appraisal method is to be maintained same for all the personnel.
Designation : Mention the designation where the performance appraisal method is to be maintained same for all the personnel.
On completing all the details, click on to save the details.

TEMPLATE MATCHING LOGIC : Apart from defining the appraisal method, it is also possible to refine the method by Template Matching Logic. This enables organizations to implement different methods for different types of reviews. For example, you may want to use different performance appraisal methods for:
- Monthly Check-In's
- Individual Development Plans
- Performance Improvement Plans
- Performance Appraisal Plans
- End of Project Reviews
Define the different review methods: Home screen GoTo -> Tenant Administration -> Growth Settings.

Here it is possible to match Review Types specific to Track, Work Role, Level, Designation etc.,
Then click on it would create one more row to add more Type to the list; choose from the drop down menu to select the review type.
Select the Option of Company, Division or Department to choose, how the review template is to be matched.
Track : Choose from the drop-down menu to define the applicability.
Work Role : Choose from the drop-down menu to define applicability.
Level: Choose from the drop-down menu to define.the applicability.
Designation: Choose from the drop-down menu to define the applicability.
Note: Defining the logic here enables loading of the respective review template specific to the mapping logic as mentioned above.
It is also possible to Manage Review Groups. Who will provide feedback to whom in terms of relationship to the employee, It is also possible to define the Review Group for each type of appraisal/review and define their involvement of the superiors, peers & subordinates in the process of the review w.r.t the feedback providing process and for which aspects of the performance plan they would provide their feedback on.
Click on it opens, Manage Feedback Provider Group page, where we will be able to create as many Feedback groups, within an organization.
Click on on Manage Review Groups page;
This would create additional rows to include employees in different relationships to provide feedback to an employee.
Relationship: Select the relationship of the reviewer from the drop down list.
Rating Type: Synergita supports both Quantitative & Quality feedback.
- Quantitative: Both Ratings (grades) & Comments
- Qualitative: Only Comments can be provided, grade scale would not be available.
It is also possible to define who would rate all the attributes in the review form. For example, Co-Manager may not be provided privilege to assess an employee on goals achievement, he would get to rate an employee only on the competencies.
