Based on your organization’s OKR configuration, the employees added to the OKR Program can create, view, edit and manage their OKRs easily. Managers can approve their team member's OKRs after reviewing them.

The objectives can be set as qualitative or quantitative. Quantitative objectives can be measured either by number or percentage.

How to View My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • OKR > Individual Objectives
  • The user can view all the objectives, key results, and their progress in the My Objectives tab







How to Edit My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • Navigate to OKR >  Individual Objectives
  • Search the Objective you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon



  • You can update the changes and also add or remove key results





  • Once the changes are made, the user can send them for Approval


How to Delete My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • Navigate to OKR >  Individual Objectives
  • Search the Objective to be deleted and click the Edit icon
  • Click the Delete button
  • A confirmation message is shown to you to delete the Objective permanently
