My OKR

Based on your organization’s methodology OKR is available to all employees or only the select few.

Employees can create, view, edit, update and manage their OKRs easily. Managers can additionally approve their team members’ OKRs. The objectives can be qualitative or quantitative. Quantitative objectives can be measured either by numbers or percentages. 

How to View My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • Click My Performance from Performance Menu.
  • Click My OKR link from the quick links provided at the top right to navigate to My OKR page.
  • You can find the objectives, key results and progress in the My Objectives tab. The tab also shows the number of objectives you’ve got.


How to Edit My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • Navigate to My OKR Page
  • Click the Edit icon shown in the Objectives you want to edit.
  • The Edit Objective page is shown.
  • You can edit one or more fields displayed and also add or remove key results.
  • Press “Save Changes” to save the changes you made.


How to Delete My Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

  • Navigate to My OKR Page
  • Click the Delete icon shown in the Objectives you want to remove.
  • A confirmation message is thrown to you to delete the OKR permanently.
