A review for OKR means once the employee updates the OKR progress or completion progress in the system, the objective will be sent for review.

To enable Review OKR for the employees,

  • Admin > HR Admininstration > Configure OKR

  • Enable the toggle button "Do you want to enable review for OKR"

  • You can view the list of rating scales created in the system and select the required scale

  • In the same way, you can configure who would like to review the Individual OKRs and the Team OKRs. So that the respective relationship will perform the review

  • Once you are done with the configuration setup, kindly save the form.

Now, the employee will be able to provide the comments for the respective OKR and the manager can review the same and provide comments & ratings.
