Based on your organizational methodology the HR admins have access to configure the "Review for OKR".


A review for OKR means once the employee updates the OKR progress or completion progress in the system, the status will be sent to the manager for review.


The employee will be able to provide the comments for the respective OKR and the manager can review the same and provide comments and ratings.


As an HR admin, you can enable the review for OKR by following the below steps. 


  • Admin > HR Admininstration > Configure OKR



  • Enable the toggle button "Do you want to enable review for OKR"



  • You can view the list of rating scales created in the system and select the required scale



  • In the same way, you can configure who would like to review the Individual OKRs and the Team OKRs. So that the respective relationship will perform the review process.



  • Once you are done with the configuration setup, kindly save the form.


Now, the employee will be able to provide the comments for the respective OKR and the manager can review the same and provide comments & ratings.


To send the OKR for review the employee should navigate to,


  • OKR > Manage OKR



  • Select the objective name to be sent for review.



  • Select Send for Review option to add comments.



  • Add the comments and click Send for Review
