1. Verify Your Email ID:
Check with your HR team to confirm that the email address mapped in your Synergita profile matches your official or active email ID. Incorrect or outdated email information may prevent the credentials from being delivered.
2. Still Unable to Log In?
If your HR team has verified that your email ID is correct, but you still haven’t received your credentials or cannot log in:
- Ask HR to resend the login credentials from the Admin panel.
- Ensure you check your Spam/Junk folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered.
