If you are unable to log in to your Synergita account using your credentials, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:


1. Verify Your Username


Your Synergita username is usually aligned with your organization’s user ID or may be unique to the Synergita platform. Upon gaining access to the system, an email containing your login credentials is sent automatically.


  • Action: If you cannot locate the email, contact your HR department to confirm your account setup and request your login details.


2. Still Unable to Log In?


If you have confirmed your credentials with HR but are still unable to access your account:



  • Provide relevant information, such as your username and any error messages, to help the support team resolve the issue quickly.
