HR Manager can manage master set of training courses. Navigate to Home screen (Admin -> HR Administration).
It takes you to the following page;
Click on ‘Manage Training courses’, it takes you to the following page;
Click on Add button . It adds an additional row where you can add new training courses.
Fill in the necessary details and click on save button. The courses, which are marked as mandatory will be added to the employee's list of pending courses automatically. The applicability of the training courses are identified based on the Organization Unit, Work Role and Designation mapped with the course.
An existing course can be modified by just clicking anywhere on the record and can be deleted by clicking on the Delete Icon
