FAIR RATING IN SYNERGITA


The Fair Rating feature in the Synergita Mobile App is a simple and effective way for peers, managers, or leaders to rate colleagues on their adherence to various company values. Ratings can be provided either openly or anonymously. These ratings help HR measure employees’ adherence to the company’s core values in day-to-day actions and interactions.

CREATING A NEW FAIR RATING PLAN 


Follow these steps to create a Fair Rating Plan:


  • Navigate to Admin > Admin > Culture Score


  • Under Engagement, click Culture Score





The Search View displays all currently active and inactive rating plans.


  • Click Add to create a new plan. This will open six tabs to set up the Fair Rating plan.





FIRST TAB - CREATE A NEW PLAN :


Enter a unique plan name (e.g., Fair Rating 2024-2025, Core Value Rating 2024-2025).


Click Save and Continue to proceed.




SECOND TAB -  SELECT THE RATING SCALE:



Under Select a Rating Scale, define the number of divisions and the rating scale for the plan.


You can also Configure Overall Rating Rules by setting minimum and maximum values and bucket values. These rules will calculate the cumulative rating for each employee based on all ratings received.


Click Save and Continue to proceed.





THIRD TAB - CREATE THE QUESTIONNAIRE:


To define the organization core values to be rated, click Add.


In the Add Question pop-up:


Enter the core value/questionnaire.

Set the ordinal to order questions (1, 2, 3…).

Define help text to guide raters on the purpose of each value.

Click Save to add the entry to the Questionnaire List Grid.


Click Save and Continue to proceed.





FOURTH TAB - SET YOUR PREFERENCE


Rating Calculation Mode: Choose Annual, Half-Yearly, Quarterly, or Monthly. The cumulative rating will be calculated based on the selected mode.


Select Period: Define the start and end dates corresponding to the chosen mode.


Additional options:


Show Guidelines for Questions – Displays guidance for each core value.


Enable Anonymous Rating – Raters’ identities are hidden.


Show Recent Raters – Displays recent raters on the Core Value Rating page.


Comments – Set as mandatory or optional.


Click Save and Continue to proceed.




FIFITH TAB - ADD EMPLOYEES LIST


Use filters such as Organization Unit, Location, Designation, Employee Type, Employee Status, Level, etc., to add employees to the plan.


To include additional employees beyond the search filters, click Add under the Additional Employees section.


Click Save and Continue to proceed.






SIXTH TAB - CONFIRM & INITIATE THE PLAN


Click Confirm & Initiate the Plan to save the configuration, then click Initiate to start the Fair Rating plan.







Note : 
  • If you are not satisfied with the current settings, click Previous to make changes before proceeding.
  • You can modify the rating and bucket values, questionnaire and can add more employees to the rating plan even after confirming and initiating the plan.
