The email notifications play a key role in keeping employees and managers informed about important performance-related actions and deadlines. Sometimes, specific email notifications are moved to the Inactive list—for example, when they are temporarily not needed or during process adjustments.
As an HR administrator, you will be able to turn on notifications at your end, so the same will start to trigger for the employees.
To turn on email notifications
1. Navigate to Admin > Most popular configurations > Notifications
3. Search for the notification that needs to be turned on in the Search box by unchecking the check box "Show Active only" and enabling the highlighted toggle button to activate the respective notification.

3. You may click on the notification name and turn on the toggle button - "Do you want to enable this notification?" under the respective content, as highlighted below.

Note: Kindly configure the required To, CC, Secondary Recipients and the Recipients Address.
4. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the notification content to save the changes.
4. Once the notification is enabled, the same will be available in the Active list. Please use the link Manage Notifications if you would like to change/edit the respective notification setup.
