A company may operate through multiple divisions to manage its business operations effectively. As an HR Administrator, you can maintain and manage the master list of these divisions within the system.
The steps to create a new division are as follows:
- Navigate to
Admin > Tenant Administration


Click the Add button. A new editable row will appear under each column.
Provide a Division Name and enter a brief Description for the division, if necessary.
To create a division under a parent company or another division, assign the division to the respective Parent Node.
You can temporarily deactivate a division when it is not in use and reactivate it later as needed.
Once saved, the newly created divisions will be available in the Division field of the employee profile under the Organization Structure section.
To edit an existing division, click the corresponding row, make the necessary updates, and save the changes.
