Synergita provides a flexible and scalable library management framework that allows you to build, maintain, and grow your organization’s Goals and Competencies repository over time.

The library can essentially contain Goals, competencies (which again can be classified as Core Competencies, Job-specific or Managerial/supervisory) and values. It is suggested to maintain a list of competencies. These competencies can be defined and maintained in the built-in goals & competency library of Synergita for future use.
