They help to easily develop performance review plans and help individuals and teams to identify competencies. Synergita helps to build & maintain goals & competency library that best suits your organization's value statement and objectives. Synergita considered building the library essentially would remain an ongoing and continuous process hence has designed it in a manner that permits the inclusion of new goals & competencies. It permits the creation of sections and sub-sections to each of the parameter(s) of employee assessment.
The library can essentially contain Goals, competencies (which again can be classified as Core Competencies, Job-specific or Managerial/supervisory) and values. It is suggested to maintain a list of competencies. These competencies can be defined and maintained in the inbuilt goals & competency library of Synergita for future use.
