Steps for Employees in the PIP Process
- After the manager initiates the PIP, the employee will receive an email notification requesting acknowledgment.
- The employee can go to Performance → Manage PIP, view the assigned PIP, and provide the PIP acknowledgment to confirm that they have reviewed the plan details.



- After the employee completes the PIP acknowledgment, an email notification will be sent to the manager confirming that the employee has acknowledged the plan and that the feedback form is now available for review.
- The employee can then proceed to Review PIP, where they can provide ratings and comments for the goals assigned to them.

- Click Save to store your feedback and Submit to finalize and complete the submission.
Note: Users must complete the acknowledgment first of the initiated PIP Plan for the user/manager to proceed with the review.
