As an HR administrator, you will be able to turn off a notification at your end, so the same will not get triggered for the employees.


To turn off email notifications


1. Navigate to Admin > Tenant Administration


2. Under Settings, click Manage Notifications



3. Search for the notification that needs to be turned off in the Search box provided under the respective tab and turn off the highlighted toggle button.



OR


4. You may click on the notification and turn off the toggle button - "Do you want to enable this notification?" under the respective content ad highlighted below.



5. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the notification content to save the changes.
