The Continuous Feedback Wall allows employees to provide feedback and awards under various categories. The ability to give feedback or awards to specific employees depends on how your HR admin has configured this module in the system.
To add an award:
1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Rewards
2. Click ADD
4. The newly added Award will be available to the privileged relationship under the Awards category; they can choose and post the same for the required user.
Each post can be responded to based on the visibility settings. For information on setting the visibility of a category to a certain group of people, refer to Manage Continuous Feedback Categories.
