Continuous Feedback (CF) is closely aligned with the overall performance review process, but it does not replace the formal review stages. Instead, it acts as a supportive element that enriches the quality and accuracy of performance assessments.
All inputs captured through Continuous Feedback—including feedback notes, awards, and appreciations—can be referenced by managers and employees during review discussions. These insights help provide additional context on day-to-day performance, contributions, and behaviours demonstrated throughout the year.
However, it is important to note that the performance review outcomes are solely based on the goals and competencies defined at the beginning of the cycle. While CF adds valuable context, it does not directly influence or override goal ratings, competency ratings, or any formal evaluation criteria.
