The Continuous Feedback Wall allows employees to provide feedback and awards under various categories. The ability to give feedback or awards to specific employees depends on how your HR admin has configured this module in the system.

The One-on-One Meeting category can be created by the HR Admin by navigating to Admin > Engagement > Continuous Feedback > Create a new category, and the corresponding visibility configurations can be managed under Manage Continuous Feedback categories.

The Created One-on-One Meeting category will be available, and the respective user can choose the same and provide the details.

Note: This category does not have a built-in date field to record the meeting date. The manager is required to enter all meeting-related details within the Feedback field and post it, enabling the employee to view the shared information.
