Yes. Any points earned through Awards are automatically captured and reflected within the employee’s Continuous Feedback (CF) module. These points remain available for the employee to view under their CF history, ensuring full visibility of recognitions received throughout the cycle.

In addition, the accumulated award points can also be redeemed as per your organization’s redemption options. This allows employees to both track and utilize the points they have earned through recognitions, directly from their CF module.

To view the recieved points:

Navigate to Performance > My Performance > Continuous Feedback

You will get to see the total accumulated points based on the continuous feedback an user has recieved.
