The Continuous Feedback module allows HR to create and manage multiple feedback categories. These categories appear on the Continuous Feedback page and can be selected when providing feedback to employees. New categories can be added as per organisational requirements.
By default, the system already has a few categories defined. You can either use them or add your own categories.
The steps to deactivate a category:
1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Continuous Feedback
2. The feedback categories that are set in the system by default are Award, Appreciation, Areas of Improvement, Unique Contribution, Tag to Employee Goal, etc.
3. To deactivate a feedback category, click on the required category entry. The Deactivate button will then appear, as highlighted below.
Once deactivated, you may reactivate it at a later stage whenever required.
