Performance Appraisal Ratings determine the salary revisions, promotion & variable pay payouts. 

Export the rating distribution to an Excel sheet to compute the revision and re-import the excel back into Synergita.

The next action in the sequence is to Manage Revision Template this can be accessed from the Home Screen Navigation Bar. GoTo 7qsU_5moLAGWINuNtazfYqCMnMYZ_CGo-Q.png -> My Compensation 


This opens Manage Revision Template Window. You will be able to create and maintain different formats for employee's falling in different rating scores. You can include an annexure if you wish to indicate the CTC breakup. You may use the Page Break tool and Create Table tools for this.    

All templates would get saved for future use. As indicated in the table you will be able to create separate templates based on the Organization Unit (this can be done by inclusion of the company logo in the header & footer), Location, Grade, Score and include condition's.

This way we will be able to associate the letter distribution to Specific Employees - specific to Organization Unit, Location, Grade or Score obtained in the performance appraisal. 


The next step is to create the process workflow for automated distribution of the revision letter. The workflow may include an approval step. A sample workflow is illustrated below: 

On receipt of the necessary approval, HR Admin. can initiate publish. An automatic email would be generated to intimate employees of availability of letter. 

All employees would be able to view their letter from their Home Screen -> Compensation self-service portal

The Compensation Self-Service portal is password protected. to ensure adequate care is taken to protect the privacy of the content of this letter.


On successful login into the system. Complete details can be viewed. It is also possible to download the revision paper in the PDF format by clicking on ‘DownloadPdf’ link  under Revision Paper tab.
