HR can do normalization or standardize performance scores based on parameters like Grade, Designation, Location to check for any rater's bias. These are then used to drive compensation bands and make decisions requiring differentiated indices.
To do normalization of employee performance review scores
- Navigate to Performance > Normalization
- HR will be able to view the idealized bell curve set at the start of the year and the superimposed actual bell curve based on the outcome of the actual outcome of the performance appraisal process.
- HR can do normalization also for employees who are in the Approval (Approve Feedback and Recommendation) Stage and also can Approve or Reject the recommendation on finalizing the Grade.
For Grade, HR can choose from the available options to change the Grade of an employee.
- To Export the bell curve details to an Excel file, click the Export icon at the Normalization header.
