HR can do normalization or standardize performance scores based on parameters like Grade, Designation, Location to check for any rater's bias. These are then used to drive compensation bands and make decisions requiring differentiated indices.
- Navigate to Import/Export > Import Employee Recommendation
- Select the Process cycle for the rating change and Download the template to view the employee details with the final ratings.
- Note - Make the necessary changes in the sheet and upload it either for all users or for the selected users by removing the others from the list. Rating changes can be made, but if there are no changes to any of the values, just leave them as they are without making them blank.
- Once the file is ready, use the "Choose file" and Import to upload the updated data.
- Validate the imported file and proceed to Upload.
Note: Please ensure the user has completed the recommendation activity before uploading the ratings.
Once the ratings are uploaded, the user must complete the respective activity.
