As a manager, you can view the list of employees in your reporting hierarchy who have been nominated for promotion. The My Team’s Nominations page provides complete visibility into each employee’s nomination details, approval status, and performance insights related to the promotion process.


To view a team member's promotion nomination


  • Navigate to People > My Team's Promotion


  • By default, the My Team’s Nominations page displays the list of employees or nominees who are recommended for promotion, as configured in the system. The promotion eligibility criteria and related settings can be defined and managed through the Configure Promotion page.


  • To display the employees who are already nominated, select Show Only Nominated Employees.



  • Use the available filters to locate a specific employee or nominee: 


  • The search bar filters the list of employees or nominees matching the entered keyword.



  • The Filters icon filters the list based on multiple parameters, such as:

    Recommendation: Selected appraisal cycle, rating value, or overall performance score

    Reporting To Relationship

    Organization Unit

    Location

    Nomination Details: Proposed designation, publish status, job tenure, etc.




  • Ascending / Descending order Sort Filter  sort the employees in alphabetical order and/or reverse alphabetical order.



  • Sort By filter filters the records of employees by Nomination Status, Employee Id, First Name, and Designation


  • Ascending / Descending order Sort Filter  sort the employees in alphabetical order and/or reverse alphabetical order.
