HR and Managers can view the cycle status of an employee under the My Team performance page.

To view the cycle status of employees

• Navigate to Performance > My Team's Performance > Search for the employee.

• The HR/Manager can view the cycle name and the cycle status of the employees. 

• If the employee hasn't been covered in any of the ongoing cycles then the status will be shown as '--NA--'
