HRMS Integration in Synergita OKR allows users to transfer employee details easily from other HRMS software to Synergita. This integration streamlines the process of updating employee information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for OKR management. This integration page can be accessed by:the following steps:

  • Log in to Synergita OKR.
  • Click on the Configuration button in the left navigation panel.
  • Select Integrations from the options.



  • Click on the HRMS Integration to initiate the integration process.
  • There are three ways to set up HRMS integration: HRIS button, SFTP, and API.



HRIS Integration:

  • Click on the HRIS Product.

  • You will be redirected to Merge.dev software, which has multiple integrations with other HRMS tools. The list of apps that can be integrated can be seen here
  • Choose the HRMS software from the list of integrations that you want to connect with Synergita OKR.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration.


SFTP Integration:

  • Click on the SFTP option to set up integration.

  • You have two options:
    • Synergita shares its SFTP details with your HRMS team.
    • You share your SFTP details with Synergita.
  •  Follow the given instructions to establish the SFTP connection for employee data transfer.

API Integration

  • Click on the API option to configure the API integration.


  • Synergita will provide API access to your HRMS team.
  • Use the provided API documentation to transfer employee details securely.
