The Provide Recommendation activity enables appraisers/managers to provide the final rating, overall comments or other details as per the practice of the organisation. The fields in this form depend on the set-up for your Organization.

To provide recommendations for your team member:

• You may navigate to My Dashboard > Action Items Widget

• The Action Items Widget on My Dashboard indicates all pending activities to be completed. This widget is enabled with a quick search option to list various pending activities for different employees. 

• Click the "Provide Recommendation" link pertaining to the user you want to provide the recommendation details. The system directs to the Provide Recommendation page for the employee. 

• The pending action item can also be accessed through My Action Items from the Performance menu. The Provide recommendation page is displayed relevant to the employee.

• The final computed score is visible, the manager can also refer to the feedback provided by them and can select from the drop down menu to grade the employee. 

• You can also enter Confidential Comments using the Confidential Notes. These comments will be confidential and can only be viewed by the managers or privileged relationship.

• To save the recommendation, click Save.

• To submit the recommendation, click Submit.

• The appraisal workflow proceeds to the next activity.
