Approve Recommendation / Approval activity is enabled for reviewing the recommendation and ratings provided by managers/any assigned relationship.


There are 3 levels of approval for recommendation activity, based on the requirement, the workflow steps are configured.


To Approve/Reject recommendations at any level for your team member:


  • You may navigate to My Dashboard > Action Items Widget

  • The Action Items Widget on My Dashboard indicates all pending activities to be completed. This widget is enabled with a quick search option to list various pending activities for different employees. 


  • Click Approve/First Level Approve recommendation/Second Level Approve Recommendation/Third Level Approve Recommendation. The system directs to the Approval page of the relevant employee.


  • Approval can also be accessed through "My Action Items"  from the Performance menu



  • The Approval page contains the recommendations and feedback provided with options to Approve/Reject.



  • Click Approve. The workflow proceeds with the next activity.


  • If you click Reject, the respective activity will be opened based on the set-up. Then, the routed activity privileged relationship can make the required changes or updates to the submitted feedback/recommendation details.


  • During rejection, rejection comments can be entered in the Confidential Notes, and the same is visible for the manager in the system. 



  • Synergita is configured to trigger an automatic email notification to draw the attention of the manager.
