Approve feedback activity is for reviewing the feedback and ratings provided by managers. ‘Approve Feedback’ action is available in the ‘My Action Items’ screen (Performance -> My Action Items).

Note: Set Goals option can be accessed either from the Pending Activities listed on the Dashboard Widget or through My Action Items in the Performance Tab. 

To View Dashboard Widget "Pending Activities". Click on GG3cO1J0x94B33qeQxnAzDlZ-Ce8uSNN8w.png this would navigate to the Dashboard page. 


Approve Recommendation can also be accessed through "My Action Items' . Click on ksBgiJGacZcEkF58GsnlOOvndzkMMS92ng.png ->My Action Items.  Use the Quick Search "Status" menu bar to navigate quickly.

Use the expansion icon xZk5zdtm8md6rLrYK-6z-jMda_r519s2Iw.png to expand or collapse  iconx9I6wqW1I91KY3tbrbg7k_PI83CtLU1a5A.pngto collapse any particular section. Feedback and Recommendation both can be viewed in this feature. 

The feedback page displays both the employee and the manager's feedback. 

This page contains the feedback and recommendations provided with options to Approve/Reject.


By clicking on Approve Feedback and Recommendation the workflow proceeds to the next activity by clicking on Reject feedback and recommendation the workflow process to 'Provide Feedback' stage and then the manager can make the necessary changes. 

In the event of rejection, rejection comments can be entered and the same is available for the manager to view in the system. This event triggers an email notification to draw the attention of the manager.
