As an HR Administrator, you can reset an employee’s account password using the Manage Users page. This functionality is helpful in cases where users forget their credentials or require a password update due to security policies. 


Resetting an Individual Employee's Password:

  • Navigate to Admin > People > Users & Password Management 



  • Search for the employee by username, email id and name .Select the checkbox on the respective Employee to reset their password.


 

  • Once the employee is selected ,Click on the drop down of Action tab and Select Reset Password. 



A new set of login credentials will be automatically generated to the employee registered email id, containing their username and a temporary password. 


Users can log in using these credentials, after which the system will prompt them to create a new password before their next login.
