Users are required to set a personalized password to access their Synergita account. To ensure the security and integrity of user accounts, all passwords must meet the following requirements:

Password Requirements

1. Length:
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 15 characters.


2. Character Composition:
Passwords must be alphanumeric, containing both:

  • Alphabetic characters (e.g., A, B, C, a, b, c)

  • Numeric characters (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
    Note: Special characters are not allowed.


Note: 

  • Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, "Password123" and "password123" are considered different.

  • Usernames are not case-sensitive.
