To maintain the security and integrity of all user accounts, each user is required to set a personalized password when accessing their Synergita account. All passwords must comply with the following standards to ensure account protection and system integrity.

Password Requirements:

1. Length

• Passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 15 characters.

2. Character Composition

• Passwords must be alphanumeric, meaning they must include both:

  • Alphabetic characters (e.g., A, B, C, a, b, c)

  • Numeric characters (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

• Special characters are not allowed in passwords.

Additional Notes:

• Passwords are case-sensitive.

                 For example, Password123 and password123 are treated as two different passwords.

• Usernames are not case-sensitive.
