We at Synergita have applied all standard processes/practices to ensure availability of continued services and manage unforeseen circumstances.  

Synergita is hosted in the Amazon Cloud Environment (AWS). AWS assures 99.99999% of availability. In the event of any network failure, it is easy to set up the application in a different region and brings services back in quick time. 

All our application & database servers use AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS) to store data. We can easily create additional server instances and attach the EBS storage to new server instances. 

We offer a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 8 business hours to all our customers. 

We offer a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 4 business hours to all our customers. 

A total Network monitor is used for monitoring the resources usage which allows for scale the infrastructure both horizontally and vertically. Cloud environment allows to scale vertically by adding additional resources whenever required easily and horizontal scaling is achieved by using load balancer's.
