1. What devises or browsers can I use?

Synergita has been designed to work anytime, anywhere and on any device. The benefit is it, works on any standard PC, Laptop, Tablets, Mobile Phones both Android & iOs and can be accessed from any web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 & above. This removes the need to spend the budget to purchase new hardware.

2. Does owning a cloud-based application eliminates the need for hardware?

Yes, customers are not required to buy costly servers and expensive network infrastructure. This brings down the Total Cost of Ownership. Synergita can be accessed from the existing workstations, tablets, and mobile phone. 

3. Is there a disaster recovery plan?

Yes, we have clearly defined our disaster recovery plan after having considered all potential risks to restore the services quickly, in the occurrence of a disaster. The disaster recovery plan broadly covers both Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and a multilevel backup strategy. 4. Application Availability?

Synergita is hosted on Amazon Cloud Environment (AWS) & AWS assures 99.999% of availability. In the event of the network or hardware failure, it is easy to set up the application in the other data center at a different region to resume operations quickly.

5. Can I manage data security and access privileges within my organization? 

Yes, Access is controlled using privilege settings in Synergita. Using the Access Control List (ACLs) you will be able to determine who can access what data and what they can do with it.

6. Can we manage data visibility ourselves?

Yes, you maintain full control over who sees what. 

7. Can certain data as Employee details, compensation-related information be restricted?

Yes, users can have different levels of access to view, edit records. It is possible to configure the hierarchy of user roles. Visibility can be restricted to those who do not require access to sensitive/confidential data. 

8. Will other customers be able to see my data?

No, Synergita ensures end-to-end security and privacy of tenants. All sensitive data are encrypted and stored in database servers and access to database servers are highly restricted. 

9. What kind of internet connection is needed?

Any standard internet connection including mobile hotspot is enough because all the work is being done on our servers and a large amount of data is not being pushed back and forth.
